Cross-reference your satisfaction results with your quality scores

Track your quality scores and customer satisfaction results in the same report to identify processes that generate customer dissatisfaction.And for your advisers, what could be better than cross-referencing their quality score and customer satisfaction. This will give them a better understanding of the impact of quality on customer relations and enable them to identify the areas that generate customer satisfaction.


Manage your action plans

The first action plan management indicators have arrived. Others will follow in the next release.Analyse the number of action plans per advisor and per team and track the success rate of these action plans.
